Teachers should use tools of mass participation, such as the minny white board. They can allow introverted students to shine by making them verbalize their ideas. Teachers shouldn't put kids on the spot when they ask a question and then go around asking others what they think about it. A good teacher will be able to tell his student's work is 'absolutely fantastic' if he or she has taken notes for an hour in preparation.
