Going to the gym on a consistent basis just helped me feel good in my body and then helped me feel better the rest of the day. So for me, I'm plant based and, you know, every everyone's different. But for me, what worked really well was just nourishing my body with healthy fruits and vegetables and organic foods like that. We have to really nourish all four of those if we want to feel good on a regular basis.
