In times of great change, we have to have that learning mind set. We can't just rest on the kind of expertise that we've already accrued. So how about a practice from slowdown and focus about cultivating patience and spaciousness so you can do your best work? Well, the ultimate one in here that i'll talk about in a second is called tether, which is a very challenging one. I think some of it too, is an orientation of what we value. If we start to prioritize those as the things that we think make us good, then i think it's easier to do that than being seen as competent.
