The Importance of Motivated Law Enforcement
In the US, Canada and the UK, it is illegal to assist suicide. In Anthony's case was that as soon as he consumed the product, he went screaming to Tonya saying he didn't want to die. I guess on the other side of the coin, some people might say, well, they took the poison, Ken Lord didn't make them take it. It doesn't really matter in our criminal legal jurisprudence.
