Liz Truss has been fashioning herself in the political mold of free market loving former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. She sees herself as doing things that other governments wouldn't dare to do, says CNN's John Defterios. On top of a little tax cut for everybody, Quasi Quartang proposed to scrap a plan to increase corporate tax rates. He also proposed lifting a cap on bonuses for bankers and abolishing the 45% tax rate on the highest earners.
