Can We Derive Moral Convictions From Propaganda?
I think it's possible that moral convictions can come through propaganda. This man Feinberg has been doing some work on demoralization of attitudes about consuming meat. He didn't say what he did was propaganda, but it was a really intense persuasive appeal effort. I think partly that happens through moral recognition that people probably have,. this is a donnic attitude about meat, they like it and he increasingly persuaded them that there was some moral significance there.
