The Gravity of Insurance in New York City
Insurance is one of the strongest industries you can be in what's it like running an insurance agency selling insurance while also being in New York City. A building at 420 Park Avenue that for a while was the largest apartment house in the United States and we had one client who for a while who had an apartment they're worth 90 million dollars an apartment now. The age of our of our residential buildings has huge implications in property insurance and in casualty insurance so I'll tell you an anecdote about that and then I'll try to answer the question.
