Is There a Class Coated Approach to Suffering?
i feel like comfort has become a bit of an opiate frut for the, for the lower classes. I think one thing about suffering is that everybody suffers, rich and poor alike. And part of understanding how we're related is also to understand the pain of others - if we can help them. i definitely agree there is a class coded nature to the question of comfort or self-indulgence. But it's also o tricky. Not everyone can live that type of a restrictive life,. especially almost every product around you is as perfectly celebrated to be as vindictive as possible. There are many, many things that are designed to basically keep people sort of content enough even at the cost
