I have serious reservations about the enforceability of the thing as a whole and specific provisions in particular. And I certainly have spiritual reservations about the entire thing. Even if you've already signed it, there is a benefit in understanding your legal rights exactly. You show who you are when you do certain actions much less try to keep those actions in the dark.
