The Unconscious Bias in AI

Craig: AI in real life is like a bunch of cognitive science experiments because it's ultimately about- For me at least. Bias is across everything, right? Because they've been ingrained through generations and stereotypes, etc. And so I guess my question is clearly there is unintended bias in AI has to be. What do you think we need to think about now so that 10, 20 years from now that bias hasn't become so ingrained in how AI works that it would be so hard to then course correct? Craig: The short answer is diversity in the workplace.
