Every single one of those kids and their coach survived. You got to watch the documentary just to see it for yourself. It's really amazing. Unfortunately, two rescue divers did perish,. One during the rescue and one, I think, from an infection they died like a year later. Just if the right amount of things go wrong in that situation, you are out of luck. Sometimes there's nothing you can do.
