Using a Configuration Library?

Omnicon is a conflagration library that was not available in the existent ones. It lets you declare configuration keys and only use them when needed. The idea of using environment variables, for example, came from an earlier version of this article. We would like to make it clear that omnicon has no plans to change its format or add any new features over time.
