I found that HRT has really helped me. It really did, at the age of 42, I went on it last year and that has helped me enormously with my ADHD alongside with lots of lifestyle things. So getting good kind of HRT, good PMSPMDD care is really good, but stimulant medication makes it work better. We're going to be winning more than we're losing, which is obviously very bad for me right? You know, we don't like being told what to do by our doctors... But if it works for you, why not?
