Are We Screwed?
In the last ten years, certainly the last five, is all the things that are going to be required to win the next fight are now being developed outside of our prime and traditional national industrial base. A i, machine learning, autonomy, ciber, biotec, even commercial x space. Yet, the problem is is that these, not only are being driven by commercial entities, they're being driven at a speed, an cycle time, that is not within the current per view of the d o d. They're here as a job for most people who are employed in tatorian defence acquisition programmes. I'm already excited about how incorrect we've started. This is wonderful
