The System on the Precipice

There was a $400 billion run on the money market mutual funds in the United States when Lehman failed. The treasurer of a major corporation that has 600 million knows how to get the three button keystroke that gets money out of there. That's 600 in literally seconds. It's an entire system on the precipice. But I'm not too sure anyone are not too sure.
