Sally Kohn: The state has a role to play in building infrastructure, creating the foundations that are necessary for prosperity to exist. She says there is this ideology that forms around the tech industry as it picks up some of these neoliberal ideas. Kohn: We can't really solve these fundamental issues because we need to rely on the private sector.
