Saturated Fats Are Stable

Saturated fats are actually quite stable we talked about polyan saturated fats and make a six fats they're quite unstable reason for that being they have multiple double bonds that easily oxidize the case of saturated fat. Saturated fats do raise LDL levels in randomized controlled trials that doesn't seem to lead to poor health outcomes but it could be a not great combination. Eat less eat pure seed oils eat less omega-6 that'll reduce your hne levels, ketogenic diets can help if you know you want to boost and then exercising seems to help everything including hne detoxification so exercise is sort of the third thing that can reduce hne levels.
