"I write from where I'm feeling, right? So I don't make any sacrifices as far as like, I don't do anything for clicks or for engagement," she says. "Even if you're doing something just for the sake of art, you should want to be the best person doing the thing just for the reason that it's not about ego." She adds: "You have to really grind it out and put the work in there because it's inspirational".
