Lag is revenue or quality, or customers satisfaction, or pro t or yet. By the time you get the number on a lag measure, it's too late to do anything aboutit. The real problem i would have with those is, are they directly influencable? You mean, can i change it to morrow if i sa like, if you put a gun to my head this week, can i make those things move? And if i'm not sure, that's not a good lead measure. It's a predictive measure, but it's not a lead measure.
