The Advantages and Disadvantages of Producing at Scale

Our goal is clear to be cheaper than the regular animal meat. And... It really depends a bit on how bad, let's say, the raw material crisis will continue. We're still around 40 people in production producing over 10 tons a day. In the meantime, there's a state-of-the-art automated line in Kemftag that everybody can come visit when you want to have lunch or dinner at our restaurant ... we built a glass house around production.
