You're going to have to work with the ISP and get them unless you're doing some sort of, you're not doing any sort of VPN between offices or anything like that. All regular internet traffic still goes out through their own device. You might have better luck if you can find something that you're trying to get to and say, Hey, I can't get to your site. And it looks like the traffic is being dropped at XYZ.
