The Hypothalamus and Longevity

If we want to increase longevity or health span, then we need to have long periods of fasting. When we look at exercise, exercise a fasted state to begin with. In women, it does better to do a slight calory restriction late in the evening away from any kind of training for body composition. Change in health for men, time restricted eating tends to be better and fast training for men tend to be better because of these difference s in the hypothalamis  and differences in the way that we fuel for exercise.
