The Ukranian Government, I Think, Is Realistic About the Risks Around Crimea

A realistic war goal really for the ukranies is to go back to the lines of february 20, fourt 23. We need a plan befor f russia collapses in militarily and that's where things become more risky. At the leadership level, i think we're pretty rational. But my concern is more about what happens on the battlefield if the russians collapse at some point. That's where all the risks open up with somebody on the ground saying "Why don't we go for it?"
