The labor aristocracy is usually reserved for the upper echelons of these very solidified sort of major unions. Does it extend to the rank and file in these unions that do get a better cut of the pie if you will than workers that are outside of those unions? It's almost like it's a general condition but everyone is kind of part of this labor aristocracy vis-a-vis the rest of the world who isn't, he says.
