Addent2.0 - What's the Driving Motivation?

It was kind of known from the beginning that like we are not totally sure what this network is going to need. And in the intervening years while the technology stack was being built out, there were a number of individuals that developed opinions about what the hub should be. The idea is that there is kind of an opportunity to create an on-chain pooled block space market. That could actually be more efficient and more lucrative for chains that chose to use it.
