Some people in the agile coaching space especially, may really want to take a more dogmatic approach to sor of ha, how you go at some of these processes. To really encourage good patterns and te kind of sticking to it, verses kind of like allowing folks to find sort of their own pattern that works for them. I'm not a great fan of the current macdonald's behavior where certain large consuldences are rolling out spotify as a model. If you don't, your organization won't survive. And we enable our teams to change the way they work, and w we reap the benefit of it.
