Is the Ira Gaining a Reputation for Criminality?

There is no flush of smuggling going on across the border. The northern bank robbery was one of the biggest bank robberies in europe. And there was a recognition within champagne that it was going to have to distance itself from hecriminality. It effectively did that by pushing those who didn't support the peace process into discident groups which are associated with criminality, more so than the provisional iray. I think now we are coming to a new pass where there are more, what you might call normal parties coming on the scene - green party, people before propit and alliance party. So there is more variety ind choice for voters.
