The next packe type that we'll see go alive is called inter chain accounts. Without interchain accounts, you would probably start iterating through all the different types of messages that one block chain can process. Enter chain accounts as essentially a standard packet that accepts an arbitrary message. It means that it assumes the destination chain will be able to parse whatever message.
