We're starting to see more and more men talking about in chase of thoughts, particular of them. Is there anything that you could kind of say that might encourage people to out and and get help? You know, toxic masculinity is bound up in a certain kind of portrayal of acertain kind of personn. i think there's always somebody you can find to talk about. It's just the talking about it that helps.
