How to Balance Your Diet With Potassium and Magnesium

In a highly processed diet, basically all that potassium falls out. If you cook your steak within an inch of its life, those cells are going to start to shrivel up burst. Meat is actually a fantastically rich source of potassium. So if you're getting enough of those minerals, then I don't think there's really a problem there.
