Prasal verbs are the idea of doing something to make an argument better. The word "patch" is like how you put patches and jeans, or patches of out a you. One phrasal verb can be used to say 'to fix it all up' Another one could refer to smoothing things over with peanut butter. A third would mean that someone should bury their hat in some kind of shell.
