Is Homelessness an Economic Issue?
Homelessness, by definition, is an economic issue. A lot of the homeless folks in the tenderloin actually have homes. There's a significant population of homeless youths teams that can go back home to their parents house, but don't want you cause they're do adicted. But laydon what do you do with that? Because when we've discussed this on the show before, what's come out is that there aren't enough there isn't enough support in terms of rehabilitation opportunities for people. So what's your alternative proposition here?
