The Right to Privacy in the Constitution
There is no explicit right to privacy in the constitution, but blackman's clerk, george frampton, found the concept of an implicit right persuasive. The notion that the autonomy of your body and the right to privacy, i something that ought to be and is appropriately recognized in the constitution made a great deal of sense. This was not a brand new concept. Those rights first emerged in the 19 sixties in two ground breaking decisions by the liberal warren court.
