The Kindness Hormone Is the Opposite of Stress

David: Kindness is the opposite of stress in terms of how it makes you feel. He says people can be moved and inspired by watching like a five minute clip from what used to be the Oprah Winfrey show. People with better quality relationships have better cardiovascular systems, he adds. The evidence seems to suggest that aggression and hostility for example reduced levels of the kindness hormone oxytocin so we take away a vital part of cardio protection.
