The Change in El Salvador Is Unbelievably Dramatic
Over the last year, they have rounded up 60,000 people. That is more than 1% of the population of El Salvador. The murder rate has dropped from 17 or from 100 to 7.8. Think about what a country looks when it's, and all you have to do is go to somewhere like Detroit,. And Detroit a few years ago, was one of the most violent cities in the United States.
