Is There a Recipe for Disaster?

I got nervous when people started saying it was strange. Like, what, you left that? Wasn't it like a good thing? I said, yeah, why'd you leave it? And like, I don't know, I thought that I should grow. Each time I've left something good, it's always felt great because when you're in a position of authority, you're usually blocking someone else from doing something else. When I left MIT, they were able to hire two new people to replace me. So I feel like every time you leave, you're taking up space for someone else. And it's better off if you enable more new things to happen.
