The Importance of Coping Skills
I've gotten caught in that trap too many times. And so like I'm I'm done with that part of my life. Like I will become the queen of executive function. I don't care. This is why every single time I see a bad enough tweet uninstalled and I keep it off for like two weeks. Then once once Twitter earns its privileges back, I put it back on my phone for about four hours before I see a good enough tweet again. It's just because I know myself well enough to recognize that like I really struggle with certain forms of impulse control. But at the same time, it's like part of doing that work was also learning a bunch of coping skills
