Taylor Swift has now broken an Australian record as we spoke about at the beginning of the show. Over four million fans across the country tried to buy tickets in the second presale for her highly anticipated eras tour yesterday. Ticket tech also stopped half a billion bots yesterday which largely come from ticket scalpers. Getting a ticket to Taylor Swift's Ears Tour has become a national sport this week. Michelle Andrews is one of the hosts of the Shameless podcast and she joins me to explain how all of this got so big.
