It's insane how much money and subsidies go into making these electric cars work. To make an electric car functional, you need charging stations anywhere there's a road withe fossil fules. We already have that intrestructure with gasolene and gas stations everywhere. And we can't get rid of the gas station infra structure because we need it for long hall trucking. Electric batteries are nowhere near being, anywhere near replacing long hall trucker. So we need to keep the gasoline inera structure.
