Convex Versus Concave Distinctions

i was going to ask whether this is just kind of a subset of, like, new os thinkers versus black and white thinkers. But that was the question that formed in my mind when i still thought that convex thinkers were the people who were 100% sure about what they're doing. I'm less particular about which one it is, than that we fully commit to one thing. In practice, especially the convex people iam criticising, tend to be people who think that optionan or option b is better. And so in their mind, all other options are irredeemable.
