Is There a Need to Change the System?

Modernist minimalist typologies are often lower, by design than less minimalist e ptypologies. That being a sort of ongoing financial interest for construction companies and developers. Any thought of per urbing the system is a threat to the immense profits that it is making. Why change a profitable system just because some peripheral people say it's not healthy? Well, who cares?
