I have been in and out of the restaurant business whenever they're busy. Can be stressful yeah so I try so so I try to go and do all this stuff. When your children were teenagers did they work in here? They didYeah especially my son he was very good Yeah not so much my daughter because she was younger you don't think that he was tempted to stick around learn the family business. Terry is retirement age and I'll be following his steps in two years. Tell me about your particular style of cooking here. Well it's an old menu my father devices menu it's something that he's always done but in China and Hong Kong and we've kept it the same way.
