The Tallest Man on Record

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the tallest man alive today is named Sultan Kosen. Robert Wadlow was born in Alton, Illinois in 1918 and he lived until 1940 when he passed away at the age of 22. He was known as the Alton Giant or the Giant of Illinois. The evidence suggests that he was still growing at the time of his death so who knows how tall he would have eventually been.
