The Importance of Being a Good Intern
At the time, a lot of my friends were going through Wall Street recruiting and I just hopped on that bandwagon. Like I genuinely decided what I was going to do after college because everyone else was doing it. But fast forward, I get an internship at JP Morgan on the equities desk in New York City. And you know that at the end of the 10 weeks, pretty much only 50% of the people who are hired as interns are going to get full time jobs.
