I imagine when you first started that there was a lot of uncertainty. There were probably some things that you would not repeat if you could go back. The mistakes are many and too many for this podcast, but in general, I think what I do is like investing. You always expect the best but plan for the worst. We just try to mitigate those risks or lower those risks as much as we can up front.
