Are we by nature like inherently lazy and pleasure driven yeah they can inherit that behavior from their parents so as an adult it's about reparenting. i teach people ultimately how to reparent themselves for the love that they did not get for the words that they didNot hear for the acknowledgement that they didn't receive.
