The Importance of Responsibility in Energy Transition
A theory of justice is an account of the moral creditors it's a theory that includes an account of, of who is owed what. And then by sort of by symmetry, an account of responsibility is an accountof the moral debt, debtors and so on. So these are, these are reasons of justice, right? The reasons are responsibility and justice that that that highly human developed states have to mitigate climate change with help from low and medium income countries. They shouldn't be part of their business to make international proposals that would undermine the capacity for them to pursue human development.
