The Importance of a Higher National IQ

I would say Indian East Europe or solid like second tier in terms of software clusters. And so I think it's far inferior to the Chinese one. Like what is a similar to the American one China and America tops. And then Europe could have been one of the top but it chose not to be. They're not dumber they're just you know I mean like Europe is much is a much richer place than China.
