One person, one vote lutely maximizes the problem you just described. So think how much over this woud be, would be t but a lot of people ight think that people have more reasonable, like, more well considered preferences about private goods than they do about public policy. Even after the application of quadratic voting, each individual in a large population still doesn't, can't have that much influence. The evidence that we have from political science is that on almost every issue, in almost every social class, there is what martin gillons calls a issue public.
