The most dramatic examples of Savant Syndrome occur with people who score very, very low on IQ test while being inarguably brilliant in specific areas. There's something called acquired Savant Syndrome where someone sustains a traumatic brain injury and then emerges with the ability to sketch with enormous proficiency.
